Our sitters go through a vigorous screening process including a personal interview, passing an extreme background check, reference checks and employment verification.  They all have current certifications in CPR and First Aid and have at least two years of childcare experience.  Most importantly, they all have a passion for working with children.  They bring fun crafts and activities and actively engage with your little ones.
